K1 Interview Vancouver on Tuesday - Starting to panic!

Well Canada,

I am starting to SERIOUSLY stress out. I have had FAR too long to prepare after being stuck in the TSC black hole. Now my medical is tomorrow morning in Surrey, and my interview is on Tuesday morning. I feel confident I am prepared, but I also feel horribly stressed, sick, and well, more stressed. I took a last minute cancellation appointment, moving my interview from September 1st to this Tuesday, and this just happened on Wednesday morning.

I KNOW I have everything. But I feel as though I need to be reassured. So... if you would be so inclined to appease my need of reassurance, that would be great.

For the medical I have:

Passport

Other BC photo ID

Packet 4 letter

Interview confirmation email printed out

Passport photos (I have 6, which should last for both my medical and interview)

Proof of not just one, but 2 Tetanus shots (full TDaP for the second, for the first I was lied to, and not told until AFTER they gave it to me that it was missing the Pertussis. Oh the joy.)

Blood test showing I have been immunized for MMR.

Plus I have made copies of everything to save them time.

For the interview I have:

Passport

Packet 4 print out

Interview confirmation email printed out

Packet 3 in case they want it

DS160 confirmation page in case they want it

I-797 approval letter in case they want it

Birth Certification in long form with parents names

Police Record check

Letter of intent from both the petitioner (dated August 17th for an August 18th interview that is being overnighted and will arrive today before 5pm) and myself (dated August 14th)

I-134 filled out and signed by the petitioner

Letter from his employer

Letter from his bank with balance, etc.

His only tax transcripts from last year (his first job, and it was only a few months worth, which is why we got the remainder of the proof of income)

All of paystubs from last September to now

A print out of his current bank balance (since the letter was done by the bank about 3 weeks prior)

Plus I have made copies of everything in there for them.

For proof of relationship I have:

Pictures from the past 2 years

Skype logs

Texts from him, and his family to show ongoing relationship with both him and to show I am part of their family already as well

Facebook logs

Boarding passes our trips to see each other

and some other miscellaneous items such as receipts from dates, cards, etc.

Am I prepared enough? Am I MISSING anything? Lol. Am I stressing over nothing?

No worries, you'll be fine.? From what i see you have more than enough! And the interview itself is less than 5 minutes. I was done with mine and asked if that was all!

Trust me, i did not know what to do once i was approved. I was like; wait, what? Thats it? I was in montreal thought. But they are somewhat similar. Read the reviews for vancouver, it helped me being confident.

That's a relief to know! All this pressure and work for such a short interview. I need to calm down about all this I think. Lol.

Take a deep breath and relax. I am sure that you will be fine. I remember when I did mine back in 2012 how nervous I was and it was over in 5 minutes with approval granted.

That seems like so long ago and it will for you too when keep moving thru this immigration process.

I had my k1 interview on Tuesday 11th , and today Friday I'm picking up my passport in Richmond loomies already The waiting time is the only part drives us crazy the rest is just easy I waited 4 hrs in the consulate for a less than 10 minutes interview !

Thanks, everyone! I had everything for the medical on Friday. So despite being nervous, I feel confident that I have everything I need for tomorrow morning. I am on my way to Vancouver now. So this is it! I really appreciate everyone appeasing my freak out.

So I take it you were approved? Congrats!!!!

Yeah, I brought so many proof of relationship with me. All my bus ticket receipts, 20 pictures of us together and with our families, Skype logs.. NEVER asked for it. He gave me the Welcome to the USA letter and I was standing there asking myself if that was it. It's so quick.
