I used DHL and my fiance had to go to the DHL office in Algiers to pick up the envelope. They don't deliver to the house like they do here. It took 4 days to get there and the package was exactly how I sent it. No tampering. It costed me $124 to send it

Do they have an office in the capital? And did your fiancé had to bring any form of id? And how far is dhl office from the U.S. Embassy

I'm not sure how far it is from the embassy, but yes there is a DHL office in the capital and yes he needed his ID with him.

I suggest you have your fiancé try to get a medical exam appointment ASAP because I went to schedule my wife on August 24th and the closest available date was September 14th!!!!

asalam alaikoum, Im cr1 visa for my wife we get cc on aug 7 we waiting for interview date my question is whets going on with Algeria I see people from different country's get there interview 2 days after cc! and do I need to fill up the new i864 I sent the old one ? thanks!
