What to send in I130 packet. Cr1

Question. For what stage is it that I need my husband's dominican birth certificate? Do I send it first with the I130? Or Do I send at NVC? Or both? I know for sure he needs it at interview. I know it must be translated.

I leave in a couple of days to the DR and just want to finalize what I am bringing back with me that pertains to my dominican husband ( beneficiary).

Thanks all!!

I sent originals to both USCIS and NVC. Just because I didnt want an RFE....Several people got an RFE for sending copies.

I completely agree with you. I rather be on the safe side.

Thanks.
