We rarely send BB Box now like we used to because we prefer remitting cash since most of the things we used to send can be bought there now. But usually, its (for reasons i dont know we're gaga over these) SPAM, corned beef, soaps, perfumes, lotions, cheap shirts from Chinatown, TANG, coffees, etc. ;-)

Agree with all, but one thing I don't understand is the used (2nd hand) clothing since new clothes in the day markets is way less expensive than thrift store prices here in US. Besides some of what you would send back was made in the PI anyway. My wife has been visiting Divisoria in Manila for several months stocking up her US wardrobe. Only problem is their selection of winter (read cold weather) clothes is rather limited. Wonder why that is?

My wife has been visiting Divisoria in Manila for several months stocking up her US wardrobe. Only problem is their selection of winter (read cold weather) clothes is rather limited. Wonder why that is?

We have no winter in the Philippines that why we don't need winter clothes. If she wanted to buy winter clothes she should go to Greenhills Shopping center not Divisoria.

My wife is an extreme couponer so we get stuff in bulk for like a few dollars. That said we send back:

1. Shampoo and Conditioners

2. Toys

3. Canned/Jarred foods

4. Chocolates

5. Clothes and Shoes

6. Soaps

7. Body Lotions/Perfumes

8. Old cellphones (in working condition).
