A child born after a petition was filed and approved may be registered or added on to the petition as a derivative. The principal applicant needs to submit the child’s birth certificate printed on NSO paper either to the NVC or to the Embassy and pay the corresponding visa processing fee for each additional derivative.

You could also do the Consular Report of Birth Abroad CRBA to give US citizenship to your baby

Jan 11th, 2016 AP sent. Jan 24th,2016 app returned( officer made a mistake)

February 4th,2016 info pass, humanitarian reason Advance Parole in the local USCIS office requested and received the same day

June 9th, 2016 Green card approved, no interview June 16th, 2016 GREEN CARD RECEIVED

You could also do the Consular Report of Birth Abroad CRBA to give US citizenship to your baby

Her husband is an LPR and not a USC so no, she can't get US citizenship for the baby.

@fox1983 i think thats only applicable for us citizen petitioner. my husband is permanent resident.

I thought he was a US citizen
