My fiance and I completed our I-129f packet while we were both together earlier this month. We anticipated sending the packet on 8/15/2015 and dated everything for this day. Since we have everything completed, we would like to send it tomorrow to get the process started. Will it be a problem if our package is received before 8/15, the date we used for signing everything?

Personally I think it would be odd to have post dated. Why didn't you just put the date that you guys actually signed it?

Send your docs on August 15 not earlier. The date should be the signing date, erasures can also raise a flag if you change the date on your papers.

AOS/ AED/ AP:

NOA 1 Date: Sept 12 (received text/email)

NOA 1 copy rcvd: Sept 16

Biometrics Notice Date: Sept 17, received Sept 24

Successful walk-in: Sept 26

Oct 13- Case ready to be scheduled for interview

EAD/AP approved - Nov. 1/2 / Received EAD/ AP Combo Card- Nov. 15

50days from NOA1/ 64 days from receipt date.

January 30-  USCIS Ap update, Interview sched on March 3, 2017

Jan 31 - received USCIS letter/ Notice for interview 

March 3- Interview, approved on the Spot

March 8 - received GC

Dec 2018 - To file ROC

It will get rejected, you cannot sign for a date in the future. You should have just signed everything the date you signed it, don't understand the point of postdating it.

As it is don't even send it the 14th.

Thanks you all, guys. We have everything done, but we are gonna wait until saturday to send the papers. I hope they are still sending the new forms to California them.

Like the others said, wait until the 15th.

Look at it this way, you got a few extra days to double and triple check the application to make sure nothing is missing.

Best of luck to you and fingers crossed that you don't end up at the Texas Service Center.

everything to TSC are routed to CSC now, I sure do hope that CSC can handle all these re-routed applications.

July filers are actually fast some got NOA2 in 15 days from NOA1.
