When u own a house and land and are using it on the affidavit of support can u use the county tax assessor appraisal in which the do every year r do u have to get it appraisal by a appraiser... Thank you for any help

You need a professional appraisal, as the tax assessment is not counted due to inaccuracies compared to true value.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
