Recently became a US CITIZEN AND UPGRADING PENDING PETITION

I became a US CITIZEN last JUne 25 of this year. On the same day I did send an email regarding request for upgrade..Called NVC and they said they can tract the email just wait 30 days for them to review the email. It's been more than 30 days and until now they cant tell me if they received the email. Does it really take this long if you request for upgrade via email?.or should I wait more? Still wondering if they got the email..

Correction: CANT TRACK....

email is not enough, also when u sent them documents, did u mention your nvc case number as well? and keep calling, don't wait for the time they tell you, just call. please update me on your case, coz i'm on same status as well.

I did send the naturalization cert.to them thru mail too... This is day 67... Called them and asked for supv to check it just made it worst.. they said 42 days to review and now they're checking for my naturalization status..this is taking so long..

Ive been calling 5 days/wk. 2x/day since I emailed them my naturalization cert.its annoying cause ive been calling and when they completed my case still on F2a. On that civil documents I also have the naturalization paper.

When did u send ur request for upgrde? And when was ur case completed?

TODAY, CASE HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO 1R. THANK GOD!!AFTER 68 days.Email received this morning.
