NVC CHECKLIST

Hey everyone I woke up this morning to an email from the NVC stating that they were sending me a checklist now when i read the email it has 3 different ways they want you to resolve the issue. My checklist says that its for the AOS I need another sponsor. Now in the email it says to have the sponsor fill out the AOS form and then I need to send it to my husband for him to take with him to the interview. Is this true? Do I need to mail them the for as well? Im not sure at this point what to do. Here is a copy out of the email

We reviewed the Affidavit of Support documentation you sent to the National Visa Center

(NVC). According to the current poverty guidelines, it does not appear you or any of your

sponsors meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrant(s)

for this petition. To avoid delays, you may have an additional sponsor complete an

Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and provide it to the intending immigrant to submit at

their interview. At that time, a consular officer will make a decision regarding this

requirement.

no do not mail them to NVC it goes to the embassy. many have gotten the same email. if you send it to NVC it will cause delays. if you think your covered then don't fill out a new one but if you strongly believe you need another sponsor then do so. a lot of people that use assets as income get this email so if that's the case then that's the reason you got it as well.

I recieve the some email I called them she told me we did not need anything from you and your case is completed and I don't know why they send this email to you.

they send that email because its truly up to the embassy to approve your AOS form. NVC just wanted to warn you that if its not enough earning then you should seek another sponsor. in some cases embassies deny your AOS form and request for another sponsor so its pretty much just a heads up. but they are right your case is completed your done with NVC its time to foucus on what the embassy requires

ok then your good to go. wonder why they would consider sending that email though.. is it just you and your spouse?

Yes no kids and the co-sponsor fill out I-864 also family size of three and my wife it will be four and both we have income more the $39.000

ok it looks like your good to go. I wouldn't worry about it if your certain your covered. good luck on interview!
