My husband and I are in the process of applying for Cr1 visa we are going through the Dcf through London U.S. Embassy. We have received approved 1-30 petition along with my husbands LND number. He has had his medical also we submitted the DS260 online back in June 2015 I have the confirmation number that it had been submitted. Also I submitted the readiness form on July 11th 2015. When I emailed the consulate they said they haven't received any of the documentation but have received his medical results. I'm now very confused about them not getting these forms. I thought I followed the embassy website directions. Is there something I missed? On the London U.S. Embassy website it states that if your going through London you do NOT have to submit any documents by mail that you bring them to the interview. If anyone else has gone through this and can help it would be greatly appreciated. I am currently in the U.S. 27 weeks pregnant with twins and my husband is in the UK were just waiting for some answers.
