Hi guys so my brother is filing the k1 visa for his gf and we just realized that his naturalization certificate states his name as Christian Smith. However American passport and ss card says Christina S. I am not sure which one to use when filing ? Please help!

**** last name changed to a generic- for privacy and security, please never post full names, case or phone number, email or physical addresses publicly *****

So on his SSN and passport, he has a female name (Christina), and this was done unintentionally? This could be an issue; we had people denied because part of their docs said Stephan and other Stefan. Assuming this was an error by the passport office (the passport shows male etc etc), then h should be able to get it corrected.
