Hi All,

Could you please confirm what does it mean OMB No 1615-0075 expires on 03/31/2015 on form I864a. Do i need to wait to get the valid date on the form?

Please confirm

No, you don't need to wait for a new form. That expiration date is for the OMB. Just use the version that's on the USCIS website since it's the most up to date one.

Oh ok thank you.. this is the one which is available on the USCIS website. can you tell what does OMB mean?

OMB is the Office of Management and Budget and they are in charge of creating and managing all the federal forms used by the US government.
