Won't pose a thereat, but if you have any scarring on your lungs be prepared for the 60 day SPUTUM test.

No scarring as per my latest xray. Just a little cloudy on my lower right lung due to my pneumonitis/bronchitis. Will get loads of antibiotics from my pulmonologist in 2 weeks to treat it.

Will scarring be shown in the xray results done outside of St. Lukes? Please advise :|

Depends on the quality of the equipment taking the x-ray. SLEC uses some of the top notch equipment and therefore may see things your private physicians equipment does not and vice verses.

Be sure to bring any records that you have gathered with you to SLEC including past x-rays. Keep them with you, and share it with the Dr. only if necessary.

Others who have passed through here with similar diagnosis have passed. But like Hank states in his earlier post you may need to take the sputum test adding a 2 month delay. Stay positive, this is not going to be a big setback.
