We filled the I-130 last 08/25/2015 at Phoenix, AZ lockbox. Does anyone of you filled the I-130 at Phoenix, AZ? Let´s cross our fingers and pray! God bless and Good Luck everyone.

Jestine21 -- Almost all the Nebraska Service Center cases from the last few months from the Philippines have been processed in around a month. If they're still expediting them then there's hope...

I cant access to check my case status online, is that normal?

I get this message:

  • You are attempting to add a receipt number that does not exist in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.

It usually takes a few days for it to work in their system.

Jestine21 -- yeah, it seems like it takes 5 months for most people. But all the cases from the Philippines I'm seeing have been in a month.

Someone else already answered you but ill back them up. I had the same "issue" and it took about a week for the website to catch up to my email/letter. Its reassuring that the website says received but its just a bit of a dead end(for now) as it gives you no more information than the email/letter do. :)

I'm very optimistic for our fellow filers from the Philippines. The cases from the Philippines seem to be going through very quickly. I even saw a k3 approval for a member from the Philippines member recently! I couldn't believe it. But I'm happy for you. I hope for some miracle of speed for all of us. It's so difficult to be separated from the people who are most important to us.
