So, I never received my NOA:2 after my I130 was approved. I filed for copy of NOA:2 with NBC which is taking longer time than designated which is 3 months (its been 4.5 months since I applied i824 which is application for action on an approved application or petition). They are saying it is gonna take another 2 months. I spoke with NCSC and they told me that NOA is required with AOS application but in case you don't receive the copy of NOA before your priority date becomes current then schedule an info pass and see if you can use something else to prove the approved i130. If anyone has any similar experience please share.

Additional info:

Wife, the petitioner, is LPR

I, the beneficiary, am in US legally
