I 601A she is not eligibkle for, I always like to shine a ray of hope here

however, after the revoking of GC she has an illegal entry under her belt

and yes she can marry in the US then leave, she will have to wait outside

on her ban , and in her case create proofs that she has stayed in her country

once she go...Ten yrs is being quoted to stay out but with the return that

very likely could be a twenty years bar....She can choose to stay under the

radar & hope for change in laws or she can start the process of being outside
