Moroccan has additional requests

but they really want to see last year tax returns offical copy from IRS

the two crimianal reports you get in Morocco

photos of you together at your meeting and any other trips financee made

copies of some chats, emails, cards, phone calls

if financee was ever married, they need original divorce degree or death of former spouse

if finanee has children, they want original birth certificates

and the fee

you should get a list from embassy to follow

there will be a check list of documents plus fee if any of these are needed

Is there non-immigrant DS 160 online app and Immigrant one?

i will have the interview in 24 Aug and i try to contact the embassy in casa Blanca but no answer about it ,can anyone help me about it ?

You need to fill out the ds 160 online and download the confirmation page with the bar code and take it with you to the interview. Also download Adobe Acrobat Reader it is a free download. The confirmation page is a adobe format. If you have more questions just post a new thread.

Go to Morocco embassy website look up document checklist download the checklist. Your fiance need to send you everything she submitted for the I 129F petition including the NOA2 1 & NOA2 copies. Also the I 134 affidavit notarized. Proof of domicile. Copy of recent us 20 14 tax return with w2s.

Burden of proof of a bonifide relationship is on the beneficiary. You bring everything to provide to the CO proof of a ongoing relationship.

Good idea would be affidavit letter from family with English translation attesting to a bonifide relationship with your fiancé and the approval of family. I know that they may ask you how the family feels about you relationship with your fiancé.
