Should I call the NVC about not yet receiving any email about the interview?

same here ... July 14 cc over phone n July 21 cc email received no interview date.. called nvc couple of time and same answer that .. embassy schedules interview ...

USCIS, NVC and embassy are three entities with no jurisdiction or authority on each other but are part of one single process. Mone will claim no responsibility on the other and will lot even answer to questions. I vaguely remember that long time ago I made couple of posts on how to find when your package is mailed to local embassy (from NVC) and a tentative timeline on when you can expect an interview date.

At a high level NVC sends bulk place ages once (or twice) a month and depending on when your case was completed it can be quick or wait for almost a month to get shipped in local embassy. Once it reaches embassy though they will be prioritized based on NVC approval date but depending on the number of cases pending on their hand, it will be allocated for that month. If too many cases and can't fit in one month, it will be moved for the next month and so on. There is no math or accurate date that works rather bunch of if's and that's all. All you can do is make assumptions and guesses.

I saw other's timeline of Case Complete to Interview at the Dhaka Embassy. But the maximum timeframe i found is 63 days more or less. Hoping for the best.
