After 2 months still no NCV welcome letter!

Can he call 1-603-334-0700 from the Base? I think some bases allow calls home to the US without cost. NVC timings are 7am till 12am US Eastern time, so find a 1-hour window to spend on this.

He tried once yes but his work schedule collides with the NVC timings. So now I have to try to call them. By the way...this is my 75th attempt...

Hopefully you can get through during any of the 17 hours NVC is open.

If unable to today, try mid-week. Mondays can be busier. Good luck.

Don’t rely on NVC to send you anything; they are backlogged.

Once your call goes thru, get the Case# and IIN#. Case # should start with FRN (for Frankfurt).
