My date has changed again today on the ceac website.when I talked to USCIS they dont know anything cuz its not related to USCIS? What the heck..they told me to call nvc lol but USCIS has our case! So now what's going on..I thought its all state dept am I right or wrong.maybe I finally lost my mind in this lol

Our date on ceac has updated again on Aug 12 .administrative processing. our case is with uscis. What's going on? Date changed 3 times since returned to USCIS since july
