Baltimore Seems to Be a Little Out of Control

Have to start looking at the other party Marvin ....

Isn't the point of having politicians to help the people? I didn't know people were entitled to no assistance if a city was made up of mostly one color. But again, I knew this. Glad you pointed this out. We have been pointing this out all along, once a neighborhood gets 15% of a certain color people move out, the services stop, the housing prices drop and let in unsavory characters. Politicians feel they have no obligation to provide services to black areas.

America loves its people of color as long as they're not black.

America voted in Obama twice, Kinda defeats your comment.

Now if the Presidential vote was based on popular vote than I don't think Obama would made a 2nd term..........

From what I have seen in all black neighborhoods is nothing but crime, prostitution, drug dealing, low house values, very little retail shopping. I have spent quite a bit of time in South Dallas back in my day...

Actually it doesn't. Individual achievements don't undermine or erase 450 plus years of racism and discrimination. It amazes me that people think because Obama was elected this somehow makes up for everything, even though there are tons of issues going on still to this day.

You really need to get out more.

“Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated.” – Coretta Scott King

"Oppressive language does more than represent violence; it is violence; does more than represent the limits of knowledge; it limits knowledge." -Toni Morrison

If you think this only happens in 'black neighborhoods', you need to travel around more.

I don't see why not. The port is popular with cruises.
