Is there anyone else waiting for their greencard or are we the last ones???

THIS REALLY SUCKS!! Tier 2 told us today to wait, and wait.

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

 

ROC

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

We filed AOS in April 2014, I-797C date is May 1rst 2014. The website has not been updated since August 2014 when they did received RFE (taxes) Never got NPIW but I did get a request in May 2015 for new medical, that I sent on July 23rd and was received on the 27th. Hopefully I hear something soon :clock:

Still waiting here, too ;)

NOA1 date : 24 April 2014

no news since except when I send a inquiry and was told that my I-485 Application was transferred to the Philadelphia Field Office for adjudication on 05/06/2015 (3 months ago :D).

Nothing else : no other news, no RFE...

My post is 2 posts above. Between the date I wrote it and today I got a Welcoming notice in my personal page in USCIS.COM and notification my permanent status was registered. I am waiting for the physical letter and following instructions on when should I expect the green card. Wohoo ME!

I was at that point I was really getting upset things were not being done (because I want to travel) and I called 2 weeks ago to request information on my case and find out if they got my RFE response (which I mailed a month ago) and I don't know if that helped or not. I feel like it should have, because no call was no movement on my case.. so if you really wonder what's going on and you haven't called many times before that, I'd guess it doesn't hurt to do it. They are usually pretty good at responding these requests.

We sent our response to RFE in June on the 25th and we are still waiting. My husbands limited term DL expired today. Would have been nice to have the GC so we don't have to go back to the dmv. It looks like we will have to wait till the 24th of august which is the full 60 days!

So we got a status inquiry from our senator. We are waiting to have an interview scheduled!!

How can I contact a senator? We are July 2014 filers, my husbands ead is up on the 3rd of september! We have heard nothing we already filed 3 service requests and an expedite request..... This is frustrating!
