I am just beginning the process and gathering documents for my I-129 packet. I'm looking for a bit of clarificatoin, as I would hate to make any mistakes and delay the process.

So, from what I understand thus far, this is what I need to send in my packet:

- I129 form

- Proof of citizenship

- Evidence of meeting within last 2 years

- Letter from both of us with intention to marry within the 90 days

- Two seperate G-325A form for both my fiance and myself

- Passport style photos of both of us

- Check for $340

Is there anything I'm missing from this list?

My second question...do I have to wait for my fiance to mail me the physical documents to the US? For example, does he have to print out the G-325a, passport photo, and letter of intent? Or is it possible for him to email me all of this and I'll print it?

Sorry if the questions seem dumb, but I really want to make sure things are done the right way the first time!

Both the G-325A and letter from each of you need to have a wet signature. Additionally it should be an original picture. Therefore, he will need to send them by mail.
