B1 us visa for start my dream online business...please help

Hello VisaJourney friends..i am just registered now.....i have a small questions....

Hello..i need to start my new business in USA...i can't start my business in here...problem is Online bank doesn't support to our country...and my partner in USA..

My partner doing everything...but my idea and my money...normally i am going to pay $10k-$15k for my partner to start business..and going 6 months for finish workds...it is like website..i have a designed sketch and business plan...i want to hand over it to him and explain everything..i want to meet him and Sign contract..

iI have 3 problems....

1. i want to meet my partner

2. I want legal and Business bank account

3.I have some problems in publishing my business..i want to go USA for it...

Normally i want to stay 2 or 3 weeks only first trip....then i will go back to Usa after my 6 months...after finishing my business and start it..

i am planning to apply B1 visa...

Please help to me...

can you tell me what kind of Documents specially needs?( i have business plan,sketch,$5k advance for partner,passport,police record)anyone know what kind of documents i need to show?

Normally how many dollars i have to show to VO?(finance)

i am definitely sure my business will earn thousands of dollars profit per month...i can go to another country for open new account....but i can't meet my partner..i can't give my business plan via online..it is very risky...i am planing my business since 7 months now..

you need to show strong ties to your country during the Tourist Visa Interview. What are your plans for that ?

It is a Awesome Website..i am planning and drawing that sketch since 7 months...i need to meet my designer(partner) face to face and sign agreement and i want to sure he is real one then i will give to him my sketch and plan and tell him to how it create.i can't give it just via online..if he get plan and miss me..it meean my whole 7 months waste...it is possible if i can try to get visa for normally 1 year or 2 years..i think it will be helpfull..


normally how much ineed to show my bank account balance?

How about your partner visits you? It has been a few years but I really enjoyed my trip to Sri Lanka.

Yeah..thats is the problem..i will try to show good ties...we have own Garage...4 workers working on it and we have more properties(Lands)

Properties enought(lands)?still thats all owner is father..but next me...and i can show $10k-$15(this money deposited my father to me start my own business.it is FD..i am going to withdraw it to my saving account)

it is BUSINESS site...and E money earning site...

Boiler firend..it is not possible...he is very very busy person...he is very good professional designer..and another problem is i need to open business type online bank account...our country not eligible for open business account..that's the problem...

Nope...Sri lankan paypal account can send payment only....and we can't link our local bank account to paypal and we can't withdraw money....so..it is totally worst...what we can do one way account...ha haa..They are not full supporting to SL..i think more few years going to joing Paypal with SL...

i am choosed USA for temporary...after Paypal join with SL..i will transfer my account to SL...there is lot of online business mans waiting for Sl and paypal joining...i don't know date...but they will do it soon...but problem is i can't wait...i don't know exactly date...
