Ds 260 waiting to be reviewed

The date when they received your aos/iv packet. You usually received an email stating that they did received your documents. That's your scan date.

Im in the same boot , i got checklist for missing the ds-260 on june 24th and i have submitted my 260 on july 5 look at my signature for more details

I have called several times including today but never get a clear answer as to why. Today I was told the case was sent to a Supervisor on June 3, 2015 which was the first time I called to enquire why it was past the 30 business day time limit at that point. Apparently nothing else has been done since that day though. So the CSR I spoke with today said he is sending another email to the Supervisor to try to find out what the hold up is...? ~Tanya

Wow. After 30 days they send your case for a supervisor review? Then nothing happened? Hopefully you don't have to wait another 30 days. Hope you get your cc soon. Good luck.

as you have mentioned before , if you got the confirmation number thats means your ds-269 is in the system , it seems that NVC is playing with you since you re overdue time frame , NOW they found it that and trying to catch up by saying your case is assigned to the supervisor which mat take up to 45 days , or they ll start sending docs to embassies which i doubt since the reason why the NVC was created is to review docs before it gets to the embassy

by the way i have updated my signature to reflect the submission date of my DS-260

as you have mentioned before , if you got the confirmation number thats means your ds-269 is in the system , it seems that NVC is playing with you since you re overdue time frame , NOW they found it that and trying to catch up by saying your case is assigned to the supervisor which mat take up to 45 days , or they ll start sending docs to embassies which i doubt since the reason why the NVC was created is to review docs before it gets to the embassy

yeah i called them and verified that with them more than once , did you get a conf No when you submitted yours ? if so thats all what you need ,

I called NVC again asking about my case status, they actually said thats its under review now and that no doc is missing. I basically just have to wait for an email.

I remember they sent you a checklist couple weeks ago right ? may be it was a false checklist ,anyway im glad yours under review but i still dont trust them lol

Submitted my ds260 today

I wonder if takes 30, days again to be reviewed because my docs are already being reviewed. I was not able to access ds260,due to technical issues.
