What does my uncle need to show ties with Pakistan?

I want my Uncle to visit me in New York. I am a USC. My uncle owns 1 or 2 restaurants in Pakistan and is the franchiser of a few other restaurants that he built up and then leased out to different entrepreneurs. His family consists of him, wife, and 3 children. I've looked up the whole B2 visa process but I'm not sure what he needs to gather to show ties to Pakistan. He owns a few properties for which he can show title etc.

How can he demonstrate his ties to Pakistan and convince them that he will return after a vacation? Should I put together an itinerary of places he'd visit in the US, such as NY, Vegas, LA, Miami. I can get bookings at hotels that are refundable as well as refundable airline tickets between NY and all these places and then back. Please advise, how he can demonstrate ties to Pakistan?

Everything the US Government need to see will go on his visitor visa application; DS-160. The CO has the discretion to look at other documents brought to the interview, but they can refuse to look at them.

How can he demonstrate his ties to Pakistan and convince them that he will return after a vacation? Should I put together an itinerary of places he'd visit in the US, such as NY, Vegas, LA, Miami. His itinerary will not help him. They don't show his ties to Pakistan.

Best of luck
