We had the interview on July 8th, and our case was approved for greencard. My wife was asked to do another medical examination because her medical test that she did in London was expired. The officer told us as soon as she receive the medical document, she will mail the green card to us. The same day, we went to the medical aviation clinic in Denver, and still waiting the result. In general, the interview was well done with a lady officer who was friendly person. She asked me how did I meet my wife, why dd I marry my wife, How many times I meet her, and she asked my wife why she did marry me, did she meet my family, what she was doing in London, does she have a family in London

Good luck everyone

Congratls, I hope you will have a good interview, as my wife had on 8 July with a friendly woman in Denver. Make sure your medical examination document is not expired otherwise you will need a new one. Good luck

Hi

I just got the notification that I got scheduled for the interview on October 12,2016. We filled the paperwork in mid January. I remember that i Had my medical exam on September 9 2015 so it is exactly a year from today. Does it mean I will have to complete another one?

On the side note, what kind of paperwork should I bring? Do I need some supporting documents like for K1 interview? What kind of questions they ask? Thanks!!

My wife was asked in the interview day to make a new medical test in 30 days. If your medical is expired is better to make a new one before the interview. You bring with all the documents like marriage certificate , affidavit of support, photos , billing statement , bank account with joint , etc......

We were asked how did we meet, how many times we met , what did make me love and choose her to be my wife and my wife was asked the same question.

My wife did the new medical test in the same after the interview in the medical aviation center in Aurora.

It was very simple question and the officer was a very gentle woman. Good luck

We had our interview today and everything went fine. My medical expired 3 months ago but he didn't ask me to get another one which was a huge relief because $$$. Maybe it's just luck as to whether you get asked for an updated exam.

Good luck!

I had my AOS interview on 10/12/16 and here is some insight too it. Guys, always take all the documents with you just in case, if not even related to AOS.

So the woman was very friendly and nice. she asked us how we know each other, at the beginning my husband had a small chat with her how we live in the mountains and already got snow bla bla. Then she asked me for his recent tax return and the lease agreement. we also gave her the letter from employer. Then she moved on two those few questions from the application, she asked about maybe 5-6, all the answers 'no' of course. I had a J-I visa in the past and then she asked me if I were subject to 2 year return restriction, which I was not. She looked puzzled, kind of didn't believe me. She asked me if I had confirmation of that and I said that normally it is restricted on the visa and I didn't have that on mine (showed the visa) She still looked puzzled saying that usually it is marked. I knew for the fact that i was correct because my roommate (she was from Turkey) and she was subject to it and she had that in hers (I seen that myself). So then she asked if I had confirmation of my J-I Visa, which I did (notice of action). Speaking of which, I took a MASSIVE second folder with all the possible paperwork that was relating to USA one way or another Thanks God I had it! I pulled it out and she still was not convicted. At that point i was getting frustrated because I knew I was right. SO she asked me if had my internship paperwork done by school (Again which I had in my back up folder) and of course it was anywhere there. She said she must take copies of that. Once, she came back she told us that we are approved and I get my conditional card within couple weeks. At that point I think she consulted that with somebody when she left to make copies). She asked if I had any questions, which I didn't and we left very happy. About 15-20 mins total!

Kinda want to fire this thread back up to see if there are any hopeful updates for Denver.

I haven't updated the time-line (don't think so anyway).

Here it is:

AOS received by USCIS:  19 May 2017

Biometrics Complete:  29 June 2017

EAD Approval:  14 September 2017

Nothing follows.  Kinda bummed about the Denver time-lines in this thread.
