Hello people, i have a question please, i'm selected for the DV2016, i have a low case number, AF9XXX and i sent my DS260 about a month ago, i wonder how many weeks does it take to KCC to process the forms received, and if it's about 3 months, and if they start the cut before processing my forms, will i receive an interview appointment once they process my forms, ?

i mean if they cut for 10 000 by October for example, and they still didn't processed my forms for a case number of AF9539 for example, and the November its 13 000 and they just finished processing my forms, will they schedule an appointment for me ? or if my forms aren't processed before the cut off, i loose my chance ?

No, you don't lose your chance. All numbers below the cutoff remain current (even if they became current in an earlier month) so you will have an interview scheduled once your forms are processed, if the cutoff is above your number.
