NOA2 next steps for Czech Republic K1 Beneficiary

Hi everyone,

We just got our NOA2 (YES!!!) and started compiling documents for the interview. Can anyone help with the following?

1. Interview version of the Letter of intent to marry - is an identical version okay just with a more recent date or do we need to alter the letter itself as well? Also this time, do we only provide one for the American fiancé or also one for the Czech beneficiary?

2. Anyone can provide suggestions regarding the medical exam? Visajourney lists a clinic on Narodni trida so we thought it might be a good idea to go ahead and do it now... (even though our packet is probably still somewhere between CSC and NVC). Is it better to start early or wait until we receive the instructions from the embassy? Anyone has experience with the clinic or any related recommendations?

Thanks so much!

Stefon & Eva

1. i believe an identical letter is ok however im not familiar with the czech requirement. beneficiary as well.

2. it is better to do the medical exam once youve been contacted by the embassy/consulate because the medical exam has an expiration date. it should be done about 2 weeks before the interview.

you should search for a PDF file of the packet 3 you get in the czech republic and gather all the needed documents as soon as you can.
