I've had the same conflicting info. Seems like some reps are copying and pasting outdated info from their email templates... I have one that says 30 and it's been 60 days and counting... the other applications stated 60 days throughout. One app stated 60 in the beginning and 30 after resubmitting, but then 60 again according to a follow up correspondence.

Delays miight be due to the recent fiasco with the Visa center losing its computers -- and then losing their back-ups as well. So I am assuming 90-120 days it is...

I'm not too surprised. In just two years of coming back to my dear country (America) I've met some people from government agencies and they were not the sharpest tools in the shed. Oh America..
