how should I proceed?

Monday I received our AOS bill and today I've received our IV bill. I can't access their payment site. I've called and been told it's an error that shouldn't still be occurring and that I should mail the payment.

So I'm guessing I'll send a money order for both together, or should I do 2 separate ones?

Also the next step is to fill out the 260 right? But that won't become available until they've processed the payments, correct?

Then after filling out the 260 I mail the AOS and IV package.

Is this the correct order? Or can I possibly send the AOS and IV fees and also the AOS and IV packages all together?

I am the petitioner, he still lives overseas

first held hands February 2011

You can send AOS & IV package before filling out the DS260. As far as mailing a payment I'm still deciding on that myself.

I think if we have to mail it we'll just go ahead and mail the packages too. Assuming it goes to the same address. I need to check on that.

after paying the fees and the payment is received, you will see a connection on page of fees accepted and paid, to fill out the forms online

nothing has to actually be mailed unless you prefer. I printed them out and kept copies after processing online.

I keep copies of everything

On the website, the AOS and IV fees are paid separately. If I were you, I'd send two checks, one for the AOS fee and one for the IV fee so not to confuse NVC.

Mail out the AOS documents and supporting documents in one packet, don't wait for the DS-260 to become available.
