Easy waiver like an overstay have been process 2.5- 3.5 ,mths at times

Some criminal cases with VD and a strong waiver can take 5-9 mths (depending on the crime)

Criminal deportation, or misrep deportation can take a while.

The key is a good hardship, no other bans, no lies found & an atty that present a good waiver packet

Bubcka...U R welcome, no one can predict the outcome of waiver decisions

since its discretionary, but some files also moves quickly because the person

that get the file adjudicates quickly while others move at a slower pace

barring no complications you probably will have an approval soon.

U R welcome @ Jazzy

ccepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-601A, Provisional Waiver of Unlawful Presence, Receipt Numbe ****** Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

I did my finger prints . I just went online to check status and that's what it says. Anyone know what that means?

Pressed option #2 got right through to Chelsea. She said it is not a typo that they are told they are that far behind in processing. They are processed in the order that they are received and that I cannot make an inquiry until it shows August 5, 2015. They are a year and a half behind so I am looking at 2017?????

That is beyond crazy!
