T- mobile is the company , he said on Feb. 2015 that t-mobile they gave him free tablet ,after purchasing his phone, do you think tablet has a phone number? to pay in every bill?

If they gave him a data plan for the tablet then the tablet will have an assigned phone number for billing purposes.

i'm trying to find the tablet and see the brand of the tablet , because really i don't use it , and i don't know what brand is it, its just somewhere, i nee to see if its samsung

Don't ask him directly if he is cheating on you, ONLY ask him to explain the new number. And make him prove he's telling the truth (showing you where the phone is or who has the phone). If he has nothing to hide, it should be an easy fix.

If he's cheating on you, I don't think he would brave enough to let another phone number shows on the billing statement. Why? Because some of women are curious about such things and most of times they like to confront it face to face. Men don't like that situation.

All the "buy a phone, get a tablet free" offers have a fine print that tablet requires activation of data plan (typically with 2 year contract) with it - I think most people forget but there are tablets that are not wifi only but can use 4G LTE data connection off the cellular network.

Check the account for the phones on-line on the carrier website - you'll find out exactly what this is.
