Hi all - First, I apologize for likely posting this in wrong place. I have a question related to the procedures for a K1 at the US Embassy in Warsaw. Based upon DHL tracking, our petition arrived in Warsaw yesterday. Can anyone tell me how the embassy handles from here? Do they mail Packet 3, or email, can we schedule an interview prior to submitting documents, what's the estimated time frame, etc. Any advice/information is much appreciated!

Hi,

They will mail you packet 3 in a few days. You do not need to send back anything to the embassy but start collecting any necessary documents like: birth certificate, criminal record statement from any country that you lived for at least 6 months, chat logs, skype logs, etc.etc. All the information you will find in packet 3 . Have you scheduled your doctor appointment yet? Before you go to see the doctor make sure you have your vaccination record with you. If you have everything ready you can schedule your interview pretty much on the next day. You make the appointment online. You can reschedule 3 times online without being penalized. Things go fast at the embassy in Warsaw. I received my passport 2 days after my interview.

Thank you!! Where do I go online to schedule the interview? Or is all of that info in the packet?
