Hello!

I applied for green card for my parents. We submitted I-130 and I-485 in June 2014. I-130 were approved in June 2015, but I-485 applications were suspended on June 1, 2015 for request of evidence. Notice of request for evidence was mailed on June 1, 2015, which we never received. We call the costumer service center on July 1 for resending the notice. Two weeks later, we received a response telling us to go to https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/ to request the notice. We tried many time, but we always got the same message:

The following error(s) need to be corrected:
  • The service or article you selected is not compatible with form I485, sub-type selected, and receipt number MSCxxxxxxxxx

We call the customer service again and were told to keep trying put the request online, which never worked for us. I am very worry since we were told we have until August 20 to send the requested evidence, otherwise our applications will consider abandonment. We not even not what evidence it requested, let alone get the evidence ready.

I am wondering anyone has similar experience? What should I do next?
