Can someone help me with biometrics for India? It's so confusing I read a few posts but it's still not clear ... Biometrics seems more like I'm scheduling for interview date?? I already have interview date ... I'm trying to get appointment for fingerprinting and then a pick up location for passport with stamped visa....the direction I'm following and the page is asking for my mailing address? I thought they only mailed to certain locations not place of residence?

here is how the process was for my cousin...her interview was on mar 6 i think...and on mar 5 they had appt scheduled at one of the visa applications centers in delhi. and when the visa was issued i think she went to Jalandhar in punjab to get the passport because that was the closest facility where they mailed to. you can check your status online after you give them your passport.
