I'm having trouble on my Affidavit of Support, I just got out from the army and use my benefit as a student right now. How could I file for a Affidavit of Support for my fiance? Do I need a co-sponsor to do that? And what form do I need to fill out?

"A joint sponsor must meet all the same requirements as you, except the joint sponsor does not need to be related to the immigrant. "

you should check if the philippines allow a joint sponsor.

Hello Everyone!

Regarding the I-134 affidavit of support, did I need to send that document in with my K! visa application packet? Or do I just give that to the embassy when we have the interview? I read online on different websites that the I-134 just needs to be used at the embassy, not the USCIS process itself....please help! Because I am actually very worried that I messed up the application since I didn't send in the 1-134 page. USCIS did accept my application in march, but will not having the affidavit of support hurt our chances?

I-134 is needed for the interview part and not for the USCIS part.
