Hello everyone! So I'm pretty sure most of the people going through this stage currently are aware that there were issues with the website being down and most of use we unable to pay fees or get the ds260 to open up. I was finally able to access the ds260 last week but unfortunately I had already sent my AOS and IV package together just like many have done. My question is now since the packets have been sent once I fill out the ds260 what do I need to do? Will I need to send anything to the NVC again after filling it out? Or do I need to wait? Im pretty confused on this step and not sure exactly how to go about it now that my stuff has been sent. Thankfully I have copies of everything I sent just in case but if I can get assistance as what I'm supposed to be it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

Nora

It doesn't matter that you already sent the package, its actually good and gives you an earlier scan date then if you would have sent it after the ds260. So don't even worry about it!

I would give them a call to confirm they see the ds260 and have your package, then just wait :)

Once you do the DS-260 you simply wait for a checklist or case complete. I know it sounds weird not to have anything left to do for a bit, but it's a YAY!
