K1 visa don't need to do vaccination, only medical examination?

I just heard that K1 visa don't need to do vaccination, only medical examination.

Is this true?

We are with USA consulate in CHINA.

You will need your vaccines before you Adjust status. So its either before the marriage or right after. It's up to you. The easier method is before the K-1.

Vaccinations are not a requirement to get a K-1 visa, but they are a requirement to adjust status once in the US and married. It is less of a hassle and usually cheaper to get the vaccinations before, or at the K-1 medical so that all the required vaccinations can be marked off on the DS-3025 at the medical exam overseas. Otherwise, you are going to have to find a civil surgeon in the US who won't insist on giving you another medical that is not needed. It should be easier before because the physician at the medical will give you any missing vaccines.
