N-400 Form Part 11 Ouestions 39-42

Hey guys,

I have a few questions regarding Part 11 of N-400 form. I would greatly appreciate any input. So, Q-37 where is asking if I "ever served in the US Armed Forces. "My answer is no. Then the next Q-38 is asking if I, the applicant, am "currently enrolled in the US Armed Forces. "Again my answer is no. So if my answer is no on both of these questions, do I answer the next questions (Qs 39-42) or leave blank? The reason why I am asking is that, for example, Q 39 says "If you are currently a member of the US Armed Forces are you scheduled to deploy overseas...?" So since I have never been in the US Armed Forces, never had anything to do with it, and my previous answers are "no," if I answer no to the following questions would be like saying that I am not about to be deployed, but in the same time would imply that , yes, I am in the US Armed Forces. Am I confusing myself or is just as simple as that; just leave it blank?

Hope I am making any sense.

Thanks everyone.

If your answer in 38 is No, then leave 39 and 40 blank or just say No. I left it blank on my application and still got accepted

Thank you boy15. That is what I am thinking. I think is best to leave it blank than say no. I appreciate your reply. :)
