Hello, i have very terrible situation with uscis, visa fiance. Wē apply to visa Fiance In 09/24/2013. In March 19 2014, wē received approval letter and letter of reopened our case In the same date. We called at uscis and asked why we have 2 letters, they answered don't worry if you have approval letter everything is ok. We wait 1 month and national visa center did not receive our documents. We was continue called usics, sent them a letters, and after 3 months they answered. That approval letter was mistake and they need letter to intent to marry of beneficiary. We send immediately this letter. They received letter 5 of June and gave us new number of our case. Now we have 2 numbers. And 8 of July they send us again approval letter, and letter of reopened our case. It exactly the same what happened 3 month ago. But in web site 2 numbers of our case is reopened. We called in uscis again, but nobody can't give us a answer what's going on with our case. We are already asked help of senator, made a info pass. But anything did not help. We are already out of our process time. It's already 10'month. Please, anybody can help me with advice. Thank you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hi,

I got approval notice on June 19th and also reopened the case on the same day. They sent me the RFE notice ( I did not answer the criminal questions), I sent the RFE on July 2 , received on July 6 and got approval on July 16th ( email, not hard copy yet). However I checked and I have the same SRC number all the time.

Contact the USCIS ombudsman per darnell's advice. They can be very responsive. I would also e-mail TSC directly and tell them the situation. I did that with CSC, and they were generally pretty quick in responding. Their answers were wrong 3 of 4 times, but they did respond! Had better luck that way than calling USCIS.

TSC e-mail: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

Ombudsman: https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

Edited to add: I recommend the USC e-mail TSC and make it clear. No offense, but your first post is a bit hard to follow. You are more likely to get a response if you make the situation clearer. Attach all your documentation too. That will help them understand the problem and figure out how they can assist you.
