Does membership in Global Entry expedite the background checks done as part of the N-400 citizenship application? I ask because in order to get Global Entry they already took fingerprints and they run them periodically through the databases to make sure the person is still eligible. So I am wondering if that makes it quicker to pass the background checks done as part of the citizenship application...

Nope
