Hi everyone

Wondering if anyone can tell me what the procedure is once CEAC says ISSUED? I got the issued status yesterday and haven't received any mail from Johannesburg IV about collecting my passport. Because of medical delays i never got to do the pay DHL at the Consulate thing cos i had a missing medical.

Now am just wondering do i wait for an email from them saying come and pick it up on a certain date or do i just turn up? In my eagerness and excitement yesterday i did email them to ask but alas they havent responded to me yet

Same here... the CEAC website says my husband's visa was ISSUED on July 14, but we still haven't gotten an e-mail. We were told by the courier service we have to wait for an e-mail from the embassy. Called the embassy yesterday and they said we should receive the e-mail today (the day is almost over here in Kenya, no e-mail) or early next week. Good luck to you!
