I am just had to tell someone, so excited got a text and email they recieved our case and is accepted, yay!! and its going to california service center, hope thats a good sign.

08/3/15 NOA1 approved

08/08/15 NOA1 hard copy

08/12/15 NOA2 approved

09/11/15 Case # from NVC

09/15/15 Case sent to Embassy

09/24/15 Montreal received case, packet 3 done! Packet 4 rcvd!!

12/07/15 ****INTERVIEW at Montreal !!!!!!**** APPROVED!!!!

12/09/15 VISA ISSUED!!

12/14/15 VISA PICKED UP

12/17/15 FLIGHT TO TEXAS!!

12/21/15 Married (L) (L)

01/04/16 Mailed AOS

01/10/16 Rcvd Email and Text

02/3/16 Biometrics apt date

It seems like no one has created a July filers for K-1. So here it is. I sent out my K-1 on 7/11 via fedex and just received sms from USCIS NOA1. Official letter should be here in a few days

Hey everyone! Filed on the 30th and just got my SMS about my NOA1 today (8/4). Whew!

07/27/2015 - Mailed I-129F

7/30/2015 - USPS Confirmation of delivery to Texas Lockbox

8/3/2015 - Text confirmation of receipt (woo!) packet sent to California

8/14/2015 - Email confirmation of approval (NOA2). Only took 11 days!!

9/9/2015 - NVC received packet (no case number yet)

9/14/2015 - Case number received!

10/9/2015 - Packet 3 sent out!

10/27/2015 - Jason goes for medical, all clear!

11/2/2015 - Touch

11/7/2015 - Assigned interview date for December 8th

12/8/2015 - Approved at interview!

1/19/2016 - US entry


AOS

1/21/2016 - Married legally!

2/3/2016 - Sent out AOS. Fingers crossed!

2/11/2016 - Text confirmation of receipt and check cashed

3/9/2016 - Biometrics appointment

4/7/2016 - Case updated: "New Card is Being Processed" :dancing:

4/15/2016 - Green card arrives in mail!!

We received our NOA 2 last July 31, 2015 (16 working days - excluding sat & sun).

June 29, 2015 - Packet Sent

July 09, 2015 - NOA 1

July 30, 2015 - Case was On Hold ( Documents was returned to USCIS )

July 31, 2015 - NOA 2 (case approved!!!)

16 working days ; 22 days including sat & sun :)

Now the MCN begins............................

We filed on the 13th and from everything we had read so far, we were preparing for a 5-6 month wait (5 because they had transferred to the California Center), so when we got our NOA2 on Oct. 8th we felt so lucky :lol: ! "Only" 3 month!!!! We didn't know that people had been getting it after less than a month since the I-129f started being transferred. :lol::lol::lol::lol:

I dunno wether to laugh or cry or just be grateful that I didn't know before we got our NOA2, otherwise I would have been climbing up the walls the entire time. Oh well, it was still better than the 6 months we had prepared for.
