Hi everyone!

There's a ton of great information that has definitely helped us out along the road. (http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow being the biggest)

Right now we're at step 21, so almost at the finish line.

But reading through the step by step on how to file for AOS with K1 (http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos) I noticed the following line:

5. K-1 Visa Holders: Submit Copy of NOA2 "Approval" for I-129F **

I know we filed for the I-129F and paid the fee, but we don't have any NOA2 Approval form, how do we get this? Should we have already gotten this?

Needless to say we're freaking out a little. (okay I AM freaking out a lot)

We have until 08/22/2015 to file for AOS, so the sooner we get this done the more at ease we'll feel :)

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

You should have received a hardcopy NOA2 from USCIS. You can call USCIS, explain that you never received the petition approval notice (NOA2). Though not optimum, there have been forum reports of folks successfully sending in copies of the email NOA2 visa petition approval notification with their AOS package. Suggest using the Forum custom Google search function and research that option in the AOS forums.

To get a replacement costs in excess of $400.

When you get a chance, :time: It helps everyone that uses the forum.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Found the docs! Of course it had to be in the last moving box at the bottom!

Getting a copy of the marriage certificate tomorrow (hopefully) and then sending the paper work out! :)
