CR2 processing how long?

Hello Everyone,

just follow up question my 2 children cr2 cases was not generated at CEAC before because was affected of global computer system technical troubled, they was paid their IV fee payment through postal mail last may 2015 but eventually their visa cases was not go forward, last July 7, 2015 the CEAC DS 260 online was accessible and generating their visa cases, the IV fee was already paid on July 8 the ds 260 application are completed, July 13 all documents and affidavit of support was sent to NVC, how long its takes and they received the notice for interview? and my main question- do i have an enough time to wait for their visa will be issued them they can travel with me to US? my medical result was issued last June 5, 2015 i not sure when will be expired and I have my visa now and the expiration date will be on December. Thanks in advance for all reply and advice for this mater. God bless all.

Hello, I think they usually contact for interview within a month of receiving the complete case file. Then interview should be set for within a month of that. I would think since they are children they shouldn't get AP, so I would say YES I think they will get their ISSUEDS before yours expires! Keep us posted. God Bless You too!

Thank you so much, I really hoping their interviews should be this month or next month because i have lots of paper works to be accomplish and would be more difficult in processing in case I leave them.

you just did the ds-260 online last week? and civil docs sent out 48 hours prior to today? With those timeticks, I predict 2 months until case complete, add another month for NVC scheduling. December expiration on your visa? Might be close, but certainly interview no later than mid-November.

[that's my current prognostication, based on current NVC trends studied in the monthly NVC thread]

Thank you Darnell, if the interviews should be mid of November I really have no time my visa will expire December 4,

Waiting for NVC confirmation letter/ email that they received the civil documents packet mailed to them then say wait for 60 working days to review, until now nothing.
