Hi all... So when I originally received my case number.. I requested via email Packet 3 to get started on the documents gathering while waiting on NVC to send my petition. I received it as this is what you will get sorta scenario. Great. Once my packet arrived in Kingston, I received the official instructions via email. we have received your petition please follow the instructions yada yada yada.... today my fiancé goes to the post office in Negril to pick up the Affidavit of support Documents I sent with other necessary financial information and what is also there? Packet 3!! lol had to share this with my VJ family... thinking its rare that we get anything once... let alone 3 times in Jamaica. :) glad to see some efficiency in this process. So far have had a sorta bumpy road.. RFE;s at USCIS, AP in NVC... 2 passports for his son, none for him lol ( they share the same name). So having the packet 3 arrive in Negril gives me some hope that things just might be OK after all.

See it'####### or miss, my fiancé in Jamaica has not received ANYTHING from USCIS or NVC or The Embassy. Not one single letter..... It's crazy

Yes so unreliable and yesterday I got the letter from NVC saying they got my petition and sending it to the embassy dated june 30th 2 of those lol. one thing I did notice is that they misspelled my last name Typo do you think that would matter. its correct on all of my other receipt letters etc...
