I-765 Worksheet for K-1 Visa/AOS pending application

Does my husband need to fill the I-765 worksheet out? There is a note at the top of the form stating that certain applicants should complete the form.

We want to send this form out ASAP - please advise!

Based on the directions at the top of form I764ws it says you only need to use this form if you are filing the I765 under (c ) (14) Deferred Action, or (c ) (33) Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals categories (line 16 on the I765). Since it appears you are adjusting from a K1, you should not need this since you have the category (c ) (9). Also, I went through my wife's form from her AOS from a K1, and we did not fill out the I765ws.
