Never received NVC package, can I continue?

I have my NVC case number and I've paid the AOS and IV fees. However I did all this without ever receiving anything in the 'snail mail' from the NVC.

I'm wondering, does this matter? We are planning to submit the DS-260 online and mail the AOS package (with form I-864) along with IV package (police certificates, marriage certificate, etc. etc.) next week.

Should we be OK or was there anything that we needed in this supposed package from the NVC?

You should not receive any snail mail from the NVC.

nothing needed.

hey ! pssst ! are you on a PC? got 'view signatures' enabled? Click the link below in my signature area. No, No, I'm not selling snake oil - that link is the current Bible for NVC Processing.

I did not see that OP listed this as an IR-1/CR-1.

But if it is a k-1 , then yes , they do mail a letter. Mine was mailed from NVC on 04/07/15 Letter dated 03/27/15. They are slow to send it. It lists case number, USCIS Receipt number, Applicant name, Petitioner name, and Interview Location. States to go to http://nvc.state.gov/k1to prepare for interview .

alas, a K-1 visa chaser doesn't pay fees at NVC, or handle doc intake into NVC.
