Hi Friends .i have a question .
I understind for the I134 affidavit of support should be with original signature lettre employment also.
And for W2 and pay stubs only copies needed?what are the other document petitioner send to benecifiary?

Timeline

You generally don't need an employment letter if you have w-2s, tax transcripts, and pay stubs (all of which can be copies). An employment letter is needed if you've changed jobs this year, or previously earned lower than the required amount, but now make enough money to sponsor your fiance(e).

As for other documents, it varies embassy to embassy. Most embassies will instruct you what documents you need to provide.

I am assuming you're asking about the post-NOA2 stage.

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received
